The hydropower spillway gates is a new type of gate which integrates the advantages of traditional steel gate and rubber dam. The hydropower spillway gates are composed of gate structure, bottom anchor, air bag and control system. The water retaining surface of the gate body is a row of reinforced steel plates, which are expected to be supported downstream of the plate. The fluctuation of the gate body and the water retaining of the supporting gate can be controlled accurately by means of air bag inflating or deflating. When the gates are fully open, all the gates lie on the bottom of the river, without affecting the landscape, navigation and the return of aquatic animals.
The embedded parts and inflatable pipelines are stainless steel, and high polymer materials with air bag life of more than 50 years, use hot spraying zinc and sealing paint for the gate panels, and air compression station system is a high-quality well-known brand product as well. The underground anchors of hydropower spillway gates are all distributed in the foundation concrete, and the stress condition is very ideal. No matter how long the river span is, there is no pier in the middle, which will not affect flood discharge. Especially in the case of power failure caused by flooding, manual ventilation can also be used to achieve rapid lodging of the gate and safe flood discharge. The safety of pneumatic brake is ensured.
