Main structure: it is composed of high temperature resistant burning layer, transition layer, organic heat insulation layer, strong layer and heat-resistant layer.
Features:
1. The rubber cover will produce microporous carbonized layer when encountering high temperature, which is resistant to burning and can prevent further heat transfer to the belt body and reduce the internal strength of the belt. During the operation of the carbonized layer, irregular small cracks are formed, which are cooled by the belt.
2. The inorganic material with diameter structure is used as the carcass material of burning resistant conveyor belt. The use of the carcass material improves the difficulty of high-temperature carbonization of cotton canvas, high-temperature shrinkage deformation of nylon and polyester canvas used in the past. It has the characteristics of small strength loss and non shrinkage deformation under high temperature.
3. The unique adhesive formula design ensures that the adhesive strength between the adhesive and the carcass material is much higher than that of the common tropical resistant material, and the interlayer adhesive strength at high temperature is ≥ 3N / mm.
4. Bearing material temperature 200-600 ℃, instantaneous 800 ℃
