APPLICATION
Flame retardant rubber conveyor belt is widely used in steel, cement, chemical industry and other industries, mainly conveying sinter, coke, cement clinker, etc. Due to the high temperature of these materials, for example, some materials have a temperature of 400 ºC - 800 ºC, some of them are above 1000 ºC, and the different use environment, the covering rubber and framework materials of the general heat-resistant conveyor belt are difficult to withstand the high temperature for a long time, resulting in the surface of the conveyor belt scalding, burning, a large number of falling off
The service life of the belt is affected by the starting, burning and burning of the carcass material. In response to this phenomenon,flame retardant rubber belt was designed.
Features:
1. The rubber cover will produce microporous carbonized layer when encountering high temperature, which is resistant to burning and can prevent further heat transfer to the belt body and reduce the internal strength of the belt. During the operation of the carbonized layer, irregular small cracks are formed, which are cooled by the belt. 2
2.The inorganic material with diameter structure is used as the carcass material of burning resistant conveyor belt. The use of the carcass material improves the difficulty of high-temperature carbonization of cotton canvas, high-temperature shrinkage deformation of nylon and polyester canvas used in the past. It has the characteristics of small strength loss and non shrinkage deformation under high temperature.
3.The unique adhesive formula design ensures that the adhesive strength between the adhesive and the carcass material is much higher than that of the common tropical resistant material, and the interlayer adhesive strength at high temperature is ≥ 3N / mm.
4.Bearing material temperature 200-600 ºC, instantaneous 800 ºC

Nylon conveyor belt is characterized by thin in the tape body, good impact and flexural strength, light weight, fatigue durability, as well as best bonding strength between layers, thus having a long lasting service life.
The product is suitable for use in the sectors such as building, port, chemical engineering and mine where requiring medium-and-long conveying distance, high operating speed of conveyor-belt and great conveying volume.
EP CONVEYOR BELT
High modulus for belt body, small elongation for use. good stability for hert resistance, impact resisting,a-pplicable for delivering materiais over medium and long distances with bigger load at high speed . Sandwich layer has two materials of EP and D.S.EP,the latter of which is high temperature and low contraction type, with better stability in size at normal and high temperatures.
Polyester core conveyer belt is a multi-layer polyester canvas bonded together by a certain way, from top to bottom coverage of high strength, good wear-resistant flexible rubber, no special corrosion for the transmission of small and medium-sized block, powder, granular and other materials. Applicable to long-distance, high capacity, high-speed delivery of materials under the conditions.
