SBR refers to styrene butadiene rubber. Also known as polystyrene butadiene copolymer. Its physical structure performance, processing performance, and product usage performance are close to natural rubber, and some properties such as wear resistance, heat resistance, aging resistance, and vulcanization speed are better than natural rubber. It is the largest universal synthetic rubber variety and one of the earliest rubber varieties to achieve industrial production.
EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) is a copolymer of ethylene, propylene, and a small amount of non conjugated diene. It is a type of ethylene propylene rubber, represented by EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer). Due to its main chain being composed of chemically stable saturated hydrocarbons and only containing unsaturated double bonds in the side chains, it has excellent aging resistance such as ozone resistance, heat resistance, and weather resistance. It can be widely used in automotive components, waterproof materials for construction, wire and cable sheaths, heat-resistant hoses, tapes, automotive seals, and other fields.
