Product Introduction:
Rubber drainage belt plate is the most important component of vacuum belt filter, also known as rubber filter belt. The body material of the belt is EP/EE, with high tensile strength, acid/alkali/oil resistance, high/low temperature resistance and other excellent qualities, the most prominent quality is the minimum elongation under a certain load, greatly reducing the chance of deformation. Belt forming and vulcanization is done in a single operation without additional splicing steps, significantly improving belt straightness performance stability.
In order to prevent slurry/filtrate overflow, curbs are attached on both edges of the belt, both ripple curb and flat curb are available according to customer requirements.
