Product introduction

Heavy duty vacuum rubber filter belts, also named rubber drainage belts, are used for separating solids from liquids in a slurry. Different drainage holes are available for different filtering applications.The holes are usually located on the ribs. The width of our belt can up to 5000 mm.

1. Achievable width:up to 6000mm without splicing by hot vulcanization

2. Achievable thickness: typically up to 32-40mm,but wiht possibility of getting even higher values.

3. Classification: Resisting acid and alkali,resisting heat,resisting oil ,resisting coldness.

4. Industry lines:FGD,chemical industry,metallurgy,mines,petroleum etc.

5. Our company is the occupation standard drafting unit of JB/T8947-2008.

6. We make about 500pcs rubber drainage belt every year,exported to South Africa,USA,Germany,Chile,Peru,Argentina etc.
