Product Introduction:
Rubber filter belt slab is key part of vacuum belt filter( rubber belt vacuum filter). The carcass of belt is made of high quality polyester canvas or polyester fabric. Rubber cover material can be varied by changing proportion of elements, which uses one-time vulcanization process for forming, satisfying different working conditions.
Sunny Rubber owns a world-leading vulcanization unit alongside with experiment and quality control equipment. We can make belt with max. width 6500mm and thickness 60mm.
Rubber curbing will be attached on end edges of belt after installation and running. Attaching methods can be cold bonding or hot vulcanization.
Structure of rubber drainage belt slab:
It includes top rubber cover, bottom rubber cover, carcass, drainage holes, drainage grooves.
Some customers will need cloth impression on top surface.
