Product introduction

Rubber drainage belt also called rubber filter belt,it is used in specialized dewatering process equipment for separating solids from liquids in a slurry.It has fabric free zones ,so carcass can be protected from the liquid being filtered.As usual ,the carcass is EE200. It can be divided into EPDM ,SBR ,NR etc. according to the performance of cover rubber.

1. Achievable width:up to 6000mm without splicing by hot vulcanization

2. Achievable thickness: typically up to 32-40mm,but wiht possibility of getting even higher values.

3. Classification: Resisting acid and alkali,resisting heat,resisting oil ,resisting coldness.

4. Industry lines:FGD,chemical industry,metallurgy,mines,petroleum etc.

5. Our company is the occupation standard drafting unit of JB/T8947-2008.

6. We make about 500pcs rubber drainage belt every year,exported to South Africa,USA,Germany,Chile,Peru,Argentina etc.
