| Operation principle |
1. Retaining Water : Support the shield plate and run the retaining water through filling air bladders.
2. Water Discharge : When the water level is higher than the shield plate , water currents and floatings will cross the shield plate , and the air bladders and support system hidden under the shield plate will get full protection.
3. Dam Height Adjustment : Adjust the support angle of the shield plate , and control the required height of retaining water through the adjustment of the air pressure.
4. Dam Collapse : By discharging the compressed air in the bladders , the shield plate and the air bladders are close to the riverbed plate , and completely covered in the shield plate the support system is put under a safer environment.

Project Description: This project is a reconstruction project, and the original rubber dam was destroyed in Fangshan "7.21 flood disaster". In the continues use of rubber dam and other dam types cannot meet the landscape and flood safety conditions at the same time, after repeated demonstration by experts of the Academy of Water Sciences, the final suggestion of using the Steel rubber gate was accepted and produced & installed by Yantai Sunny Rubber Co., Ltd

Project Description:The Steel rubber gate project of Xianyang lake is an important part of the comprehensive regulation project of Weihe River in Shaanxi Province, and it is a landmark project of landscape engineering construction in sediment rich watershed in China. After the completion of the project, a new large-scale landscape lake will be built in Xianyang, covering an area of 7 million square meters than the West Lake of Hangzhou. It will become a large urban artificial lake in northern China, laying a solid foundation for the grand goal of Weihe river,Guanzhong, "the largest ecological park and the most beautiful landscape corridor" proposed by the Shaanxi provincial Party committee and the provincial government.

Project Description: The project is located in the south side of Yangling Agricultural Demonstration Area in Shaanxi Province, the main stream of the midstream of Weihe River and the upstream of Zhushui River into the Weihe River.The terrain is flat and is located in the floodplain and first terrace. The geological structure is complex and the surface water is large. The construction of the main body needs to be completed before the flood season, so the safety risk is high. This is another large Steel rubber gate built by sunny rubber Co., Ltd on Weihe River after Xianyang Lake phase Il project in June 2016.

Project Address: Jinggangshan, Jiangxi
Specification: 1 span ,2.5M in height, 55M in length
Project Description: The project was a World Bank loan project for the comprehensive management of the Dragon River in Jinggangshan. The original design was to use a water-filled rubber dam, but it was finally changed to the Steel Rubber Gate at the last minute. The project was completed before the flood season in June 2015, greatly improving the urban landscape effect of Longshi and Zhumao Meeting Square.
