Product Introduction
EPDM is used as collagen covering material and EP or polyester cotton canvas as core canvas to produce high temperature resistant conveyor belt. The softener with less volatile was used in EPDM covering adhesive, and EPDM and NR were used in buffer adhesive, and the ratio of EPDM to NR was 70/30. Both compounds are vulcanized by a mixture of peroxide and sulphur.
The heat resistance of EPDM is good, and the heat resistance of high temperature rubber belt made of EPDM as covering rubber is also good. However, due to the poor viscosity of EPDM, the design of transition layer (buffer glue) is a key problem in the development of EPDM high temperature resistant rubber conveyor belt.
