Yantai Sunny Rubber Co., Ltd established in 2005, located in Economic Development Area of Qixia City, Shandong Province. It is high-tech enterprise. Main products are pneumatically operated spillway gate, rubber dam, filter belt, conveyor belt, etc.
The workshop is 22,000 square meters, equipment 200 sets, worker 230. It owns 11 patents for invention, 18 patents for utility. With the full capacity of design, production, installation and after sales, more than 100 spillway gates were built by Sunny in domestic, for power plant impounding and river management. Our product also export to Italy, Thailand, Philippines, South Africa, Argentina etc.
Open-ended rubber filtration belt
Rubber filter belt also named vacuum belt, it is the key part of DU series belt vacuum filter, vacuum belt hydro extractor and vacuum belt washer. The filter belt use high strength polyester canvas as carcass, which has the superior performance of resistant to acid, alkali, heat, oil, cold and so on corrosive materials. The belt has the advantage of low distortion and volume change. According to different industry conditions, the top and bottom rubber covers can adopt different formulations, using one-time shaping technology, to ensure the smoothness and stability. The most outstanding feature of the filter belt is low elongation rate under specified load, this can make sure the fabric is not easy to deform.
There are rows of grooves on the top cover, with draining holes in the center to collect the filtrate to the vacuum box. Because of the fabric-free structure in the draining holes area, the belt service life is significantly improved.
