Rubber conveyor belts include (ordinary, heat-resistant, flammable, burning-resistant, acid-alkali-resistant, oil-resistant), heat-resistant, cold-resistant, acid-alkali-resistant, oil-resistant, food conveyor belts and other models. The minimum thickness of covering glue is 3.0 mm for common conveyor belt and food conveyor belt, and 1.5 mm for undercover glue; the minimum thickness of covering glue is 4.5 mm for heat-resistant conveyor belt, cold-resistant conveyor belt, acid-alkali-resistant conveyor belt and oil-resistant conveyor belt, and 2.0 mm for undercover glue. The thickness of upper and lower covering glue can be increased by 1.5mm according to the specific conditions of using environment.

The heat-resistant rubber conveyor belt is mainly used for high temperature materials, 80 < 105 < heat-resistant temperature. Ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) compound with excellent heat resistance and aging resistance is used for covering rubber; high-strength polyester canvas is used for skeleton, and heat-resistant glass cloth can be laid between covering rubber and skeleton layer; pure rubber structure is used for drainage hole section to effectively prevent the influence of high temperature and filtrate on skeleton material; service life of filter belt is significantly improved.
