Product Introduction:
Horizontal rubber filtration belt is the most important part for vacuum belt filter(HVBF or HBF), it is also called rubber filter belt, rubber filtration belt. The carcass material of the belt is EP/EE, which has excellent qualities like high tensile strength, anti acid/alkali/petrol, anti high/low temperature, and the most outstanding quality is minimal elongation under a specific load, greatly reducing the opportunities for deformation. Rubber cover material can be specially formulated to meet specific needs of operation conditions. Belt shaping and vulcanization are done in a single operation without the need for an additional splicing step, significantly enhancing belt straightness performance stability.
To prevent slurry/filtrate overflow, curbs are attached on both edges of the belt, both ripple curb and flat curb are available according to customer requirements.
Drainage grooves are cut or molded into the top cover of the belt, and drainage holes are located down the carcass-free centre of the belt. When vacuum is applied to the belt, filtrate is drawn into drainage grooves, and exits through drainage holes into vacuum box which is located under drainage holes. Since is the drainage holes are located in carcass-free zone, corrosive liquid will not contact the fabric inside, this prevents delamination and prolong the belt service life.

It includes top rubber cover, bottom rubber cover, carcass, drainage holes, drainage grooves.
Some customers will need cloth impression on top surface.
