Brief introduction
Steel Rubber Dam Gate is not traditional steel or cement gate. It is supported by rubber air bladder. The gate panel height(water level) can be controlled by air bladder inflating and deflating. It is a new type of motive gate to realize water storage and flood management.

Main components
1. Steel panel
Material: steel, stainless steel
Specification: unit length:5-10m; thickness: 16-26mm
2. Rubber air bladder
It is made of plies of fabric and special rubber. Performance: working pressure is 0.07-0.2Mpa, designed pressure can reach 1.0Mpa, design safety factor is 8-10; Outer layer rubber is EPDM compound, aging resistance can be more than 30 years.
Now we have conquered the world technical problem--we can use double air bladder to support the gate, then the gate can storage water higher than 5m.
3. Anchoring parts
It includes top clamp plates, bottom backing plates, main anchoring bolts, limit belt anchoring bolts and etc.

6. Control system
Working Principles
1. Water storage: Supporting the gate panel by inflating the air bladder, then water can be stored.
2. Overflow: when water level is higher than gate panel, water flow and floater will pass over than gate panel. The rubber air bladder and support system can be protected very well under the gate panel.
3. Dam height adjustment: the support angle of gate panel can be adjusted by adjusting the inflated air pressure, and finally control the water level.
4. Deflation: gate panel and air bladder will cling to the riverbed after compressed air releasing from the air bladder. Supporting system is much safer under the protection of gate panel.
