The pneumatic spillway gate airbag is composed of multi-layer NN66 or aramid skeleton material and special rubber. It is manufactured with a number of authorized patents. Performance of air bag: The working pressure is between 0.7 MPa and 0.8 MPa, the design safety inflation pressure is 8 kg, the safety factor is 15 times of that of rubber dam; the outer material is EPDM polymer with excellent weatherability and ozone aging resistance, and the aging resistance is more than 50 years.
The material of pneumatic spillway gate is stainless steel or carbon steel (surface polyurea or hot dip zinc) and each unit is 5 m long, and high strength rubber composite tape is used for soft connection between units.
The structure is made of steel plate with thickness over 16 mm, with arc shape and welded reinforcing bars on the water face.
