1.Introduction:
Spillway gate system is a new type movable dam ,which includes three parts:gate panel ,air bladder ,control system.Through inflating the air bladder to support the gate panel stand up,through adjust the inflated air pressure ,to realize the purpose of adjust the angle of the gate panel ,then control the water level.Compared with traditional inflatable dam ,this structure is more flexible and more durable.Our company have realized double air bladder system ,which can meet the higher height requirements from customer.
2. Operation Principle:
Retaining water : infltated the air bladder to support the gate panel stand up.
Cover flow : when the water level higher than the gate panel ,the water flow and floater will pass on the gate panel.
Adjust the dam height: througth adjust the infalted air pressure ,to adjust the angle of the gate panel,then control the water level.
Collapse: deflate the compressed air in the air bladder ,the gate will collapse,the gate panel and air bladder will next to the riverbed.
