Structure

The pneumatic spillway gate usually includes water retaining gate, air bladder, between panel connection strip, hinge flap connection strip, control system(pneumatic and electric controlled) and anchoring system.

Operational Principle

1. Raising Dam : the air bag is inflated to support the water shield plate to realize the water storage operation ;
2. Overflow : when the water level exceeds the height of the gate panel , the water flow and floating objects cross the panel , and the air bladder and support system are hidden under the gate panel to be fully protected ;
3. Dam height adjustment : adjust the support angle of gate panel by adjusting the inflation pressure to control the required water retaining height ;
4. Dam collapse : by discharging the air bladder , the gate panel and air bladder lie flat on the concrete foundation of the riverbed floor , and the support system is completely covered by the gate panel , so the rubber air bladder under the safe condition to avoid damage by the sharp floating object .
5. All the above operation are equipped with manual and automatic " dual control " system.

Application

 

 

River

The Spillway Gate can regulate the water level of rivers and can be used for water level regulation during flood and dry seasons. Can control overflow and form a waterfall which will improve urban landscape.

Underground Garage
