Project Description: The project was a World Bank loan project for the comprehensive management of the Dragon River in Jinggangshan. The original design was to use a water-filled rubber dam, but it was finally changed to the Steel Rubber Gate at the last minute. The project was completed before the flood season in June 2015, greatly improving the urban landscape effect of Longshi and Zhumao Meeting Square.
