Major technological breakthroughs have been achieved in the core technology fields of star branched butyl/brominated butyl rubber synthesis and double B-grade tire preparation technology. The service life of butyl vulcanization capsules has been increased by more than 17% on the original basis, and the flow resistance and wet slip resistance of domestic tires have been promoted to double step into the B-grade standard, which will make synthetic rubber materials in wheels. An increase of more than 15% in tire preparation will promote China's synthetic rubber and tire industry to rank among the world's first-class, and provide a "package" of technical solutions for the supply side reform and high-quality development of the synthetic rubber and tire industry.
