In order to prevent the filtrate from overflowing, adopting an integrated structure of bonding waveform apron with parallel rubber belt, this kind of conveyor apron has a good retractility with its structure, which can prevent deviation and breakage of apron via roller, effective in preventing leakage of feed pulp and convenient for replacement. When passing by the roller, the skirt-edge will not be broke, and also can avoid the filter cloth crimpled. Filter belt of resisting heat
This kind of filter belt is mainly used in filtering high temperature materials ,80ºC< anti - temperature <105°ºC. The cover rubber adopts the EPDM rubber material which has a good capability in resisting heat and aging . The framework of the belt is adopts high strength polyester canvas , and between the cover rubber and framework can lald anti - heat glass cloth .
