The bond ways of skirt-edge

(一) Hot vulcanization: applicable for working conditions with high temperature,strong acid and strong alkali. With good bond capability and long service life, but the period of the local bond work is long, and high cost, the process transportation and installation of the factory is not convenient.

(二) Cold bonding: using the adhesive to bond the rubber belt with skirt-edge to be a whole body. This way is convenient to local work, and it is easy to operate,the speed of bond is very quick and with low cost, but the bond degree is not good, and the period of using is short.

We also participated in formulating the chemical industry standard Rubber airbags for support dams and the Water Conservancy Society group standard Specification for manufacturing, installation, and acceptance of pneumatic shield gate systems.
