The spillway gate is also named steel shield spillway gate. The steel shield spillway gate is attached to the foundation structure by anchor bolts and clamps. There are a set of panels and air bladders formed to a whole steel shield spillway gate. Also, between each panels the gap is sealed by EPDM rubber webs clamped to adjacent gate panel edges. Each single steel shield gate panel and air bags are fabricated in widths of 3m or 5m for system up to 2 meters high. The higher steel shield spillway gate use different standard width of air bags that the height and length ratio is always less 1.0 and each air bag is connected to the air supply pipe.
