Production Introduction
Rubber coated pulleys includes drive pulley and driven pulley. They are working with rubber filter belt to form the main driving parts of a vacuum belt filter. Drive pulley is driven by reducer, and speed can be variable and controlled, then driven pulley can move with the belt. Drive pulley is grooved with diamond pattern, so that the belt is not easy to slip when moving.
Rubber need to be coated to the surface of the steel body, then sent the pulley to the vulcanization tank. After vulcanization, the surface needs to be machined by lathe. The shafts need to be machined and greased.
