Production introduction:
Rubber coated rollers can function as belt return roller, cloth return roller, cloth flattening roller, gravity roller, cloth alignment roller and others for a vacuum belt filter. The reason why rubber coated rollers are used is because rubber has many good performance features like wear-resisting, acid/alkali resisting. Rubber coat can be different based on different working conditions, and the shafts can be made of stainless steel if the slurry is highly corrosive. Rubber can be covered to the shaft(near the bearing) and have a drip ring to stop liquid going to the bearing, so that bearing life can be longer.
