Vulcanized rubber pulley is a roller-shaped product made of a metal roll covered with vulcanized rubber. The pulley body is steel with vulcanized rubber coating. Shaft can be steel or stainless steel. They are parts of vacuum belt filter also.
Vulcanization, chemical process by which the physical properties of natural or synthetic rubber are improved; finished rubber has higher tensile strength and resistance to swelling and abrasion, and is elastic over a greater range of temperatures.

Vulcanized rubber pulleys have performance advantages as following:
1. After the rubber is vulcanized, it has no significant change in performance after being exposed to outdoor conditions for several years.
2. High and low temperature resistance.
3. Excellent electrical insulation performance: The electrical insulation performance of the vulcanized rubber pulley changes little when it is wet, water or temperature rises
4. The rubber rubber roller has the properties of oil resistance, radiation resistance and combustion resistance, high pressure resistance, good deformation recovery.
5. The rubber pulley is made by the exclusive special vulcanization process, which makes the rubber roller last longer.
